Conference location

The meetings, speaker program, and banquet are being held at the Ramada Inn in Duncan, so this is the most convenient place to stay.  A GROUP DISCOUNT (12%) IS AVAILABLE IF YOU BOOK BEFORE MARCH 15th. Bed & Breakfast

Many Bed and Breakfast accommodations can be found through the local association  and there are a number of Airbnb accommodations in the area.


Camping is limited close to the downtown core of Duncan. The closest recommended private campgrounds are Osbourne Bay Resort 250 246-4787 Toll Free: 1 800-567-7275 in Crofton; Country Maples Camping (250-246-2078) near Chemainus, or Beaver Lake Resort in Lake Cowichan.  They are all about a 30 minute drive from Duncan.

The closest Provincial Park Campgrounds are at Stoltz Pool in Cowichan River Provincial Park and Bamberton on Saanich Inlet. Both are about 30 – 40 minutes away from Duncan.  Farther afield there is Gordon Bay Provincial Park near Lake Cowichan.

Lakeview Campground in Lake Cowichan is operated by the local government.
